Dear AllI've never used WGS before, though I was tempted once, when it was offered at $5 in a bundle.The issue I always saw was that you still had to unpack, inventory label, and move to final OU.Enrolling, adding WiFi and getting the SN are not the 'hard part' so it seemed to offer little value.Now, assuming freight is still moving, the ability to have a device arrive directly to the user (newly issued device, out of warranty replacement, etc) already enrolled seems like a viable ( our only ? ) option.I'm mostly just thinking out loud, bc I don't know of a vendor who will drop ship, but am interested to hear thoughts from those with WGS experience.In the week that we've been closed, we've seen an increase in device damage and failed ACs.Also, with the buildings partially closed, and undergoing 'deep cleaning' a few devices that were thought to be lost have have been found.
