I've been doing remote control in a zoom
- Have the person who needs support share screen
- on the top bar, request remote control
there are mac caveats with Mojave+ but it works excellent on PCsWhat setting in zoom are you talking about, Bjorn? If you could use Zoom for remote control, I would.-----Robert WickbergTechnology Coordinator, BAMS, BUHS, and WRCC802-451-3418I saw that setting in zoom. Thought but was cool but I never tried itLooking for a way to remote to our end user's devices. Applications that require installs will not work, as our end users are not admins on their devices. We've tried using the built in windows assistant, which allows us in, but as soon as we try to install something, it blacks out our screen, and prompts the user for admin creds. Any recommendations? The majority of the issues we need to fix are with audio and mic drivers.
Thanks!
