The Pivot Educational Session scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, March 27 at 1:00 pm will still take place but has been moved to an online format using the University supported Microsoft Teams software. If you are planning to participate please do the following:
1) send an RSVP to [log in to unmask] no later than 11:00 am Friday morning (tomorrow) so that you can be added as a member to the “Pivot Sessions” MS Team
2) make sure you have access to MS Teams software
a. Go to the UVM software download site https://www.uvm.edu/it/software/ and find the Microsoft Teams Download link for installing
b. Please note that LCOM folks have access to both an LCOM MS Teams licensed account and a UVM licensed MS Teams account. If you create your account using your LCOM credentials you will need to let me know so that I can invite you as a guest since the two accounts do not interface together. If LCOM folks use the UVM version you will need to know your UVM NetID and NetID password for logging in. UVM Information Technology staff have said folks can also go directly to https://teams.microsoft.com/download and create an MS Teams account.

After I add you as members of the “team” you will receive an email notification saying “Hilda added you to the Pivot Sessions Team”. Then tomorrow after 11:30 you should receive another email with an Outlook invitation and link to join the 1:00 pm meeting. You should be able to click on the link to “Join the meeting” and participate.
Our team will be working remotely until further notice.
