15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 1 to 2 feet. 
.MONDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots. Snow or a chance of rain in
the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet. 
.MONDAY NIGHT...South winds 5 to 15 knots, diminishing to less than
