You can successfully pass the Duo MFA, but fail to type your password correctly. Ask me how I know.

At the top of the login screen, it does say login failed - so I don't know why it's telling you that it was successful.

Looking in the admin panel for Duo I can see a series of Duo calls to your phone today. All but one of them resulted in a successful second factor authentication. Which URL are you connecting to in AnyConnect?
