They will get a link to click in their email, and they can join in a web browser (Google Chrome or MS Edge). That said, I was able this morning to create a new outlook.com account and sign-up for free MS Teams. They are high school guidance counselors. It's unclear whether or not they all have access to Microsoft Teams (maybe this is just a knowledge gap for me, but I'm under the impression that Teams is not a free application like Zoom). If Microsoft Teams is not an option because of licensing issues, and Zoom isn't an option because the free version only allows for a 40 minute meeting when more than 3 people are involved and she has 15-20 people for 2 hours, what is the next option we should be looking at for her to use for this community based meeting?
