Geoff - I am logging in and then it calls my phone (it literally rings) and I hit just one key to login. Is this considered telephony? Pamala, Have you tried any other authenticator? Telephony is one of the least secure options and also the most costly. https://www.uvm.edu/it/kb/article/duo-multi-factor-authentication/#devices-and-supported-authentication-methods —Geoff From: Technology Discussion at UVM <[log in to unmask]> On Behalf Of Pamala Smith Sent: Monday, April 6, 2020 10:30 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: VPN is not treating me nicely. Hello. I am trying to log in to vpn but when the 'hit any number on my phone' it doesn't authenticate me but instead brings me back to an empty login prompt. When I updated my machine last week it said that there was an error updating Cisco Any Connect. I uninstalled it today and reinstalled but I am still not able to get in with the same response. Does anyone have an idea of what this is about? Pam
