For those of you who have been stuck due to a lack of local admin rights when supporting some of your clients remotely, Simple Help Technician will now allow you to do admin things like installing software, changing settings, etc.
Simple Help "Remote Support" no longer attempts to elevate to administrator by default, meaning your clients will not receive a UAC prompt when launching the Remote Support application. If admin rights are needed for a specific task, you will be able to elevate your permissions using your -tech or local administrator credentials through Simple Help Technician after connecting to your client’s machine.
