Yes, we are having the same issues in MMUUSD with the HP Chromebook 14" AMD machines we were able to get.
We are still waiting for hundreds of these which are majorly delayed and we are considering canceling the pending orders.
We have a case in with Google.  If anyone hears any resolution on this, PLEASE let us all know on the list.
This is so frustrating on top of all the other issues we all are dealing with.
