Date the flags are to be lowered (immediately):                Friday, April 2, 2021

Date flags are to return to full staff (at sunset):                 Tuesday, April 6, 2021

To Honor:                  The Victims of the Attack at the U.S. Capital on April 2, 2021

         

Presidential Proclamation:  Copy is attached.

 

Rule:  When the U.S. Flag is lowered, the Vermont flag and POW flag must also be lowered; the U.S. Flag must always fly above or equal  to any other flags that are flown.
