The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversight of all operational, administrative, and programmatic aspects of Sponsored Project Administration (SPA).

 

SPA is a full-service research administration and compliance office organized by functional area, consistent with the lifecycle of a sponsored project.

 

•     Proposal Preparation and Submission

•     Award Acceptance and Set-up

•     Outgoing Subaward Management

•     Award Administration

•     Research Accounting and Reporting

•     Cash Management

•     Compliance and Audit

 

In addition to the SPA central office functions, the Director of SPA has direct oversight and leads the SPA 2.0 initiative, which creates a consistent and coordinated approach to sponsored project administration by incorporating partner college research administration services as a unit of SPA.
