Invitation to apply for
Psi Chi International Honorary Society in Psychology Membership
The
University of Vermont Chapter of Psi Chi cordially invites you to apply for membership. Psi Chi is the International Honor Society in Psychology, and membership depends upon class standing, academic achievement and volunteer service. Membership
is a lifetime honor, and our members enjoy an array of benefits.
To be eligible in the UVM Chapter, you must have:
FIRST, submit a brief PERSONAL REFLECTION to

the following two areas: (NOTE: Your essay responses are not used to determine eligibility for the award, but rather to help us honor you more personally during
your Induction Ceremony.)
(1) What your major/minor has meant to you. Some areas to consider are what you have learned about yourself and the world while
a student at UVM and/or how you plan to apply it and
(2) We would like to hear about any community service in metal health settings you have performed while at UVM either on your
own or as a member of Psychology Club.
Additionally, please include your name, email address, cell phone number, your current GPA, class standing, major/minor
and PSYS credit total.

Should you be selected,
your one lifetime membership fee will be $55. This fee must be paid for you to be approved at the National level. We process the approvals from UVM.
