Does anybody store dried flower bunches in plastic totes over the fall/winter in a barn?  Do you have issues with molding?  What kind of desiccant do you put in the totes to help absorb moisture and keep the flowers totally dry?  I bought a bunch of extra large heavy duty totes and will be storing flowers in my unheated garage with a crushed gravel floor over the winter, but am worried they'll start to mold.  I don't have covered space to hang flowers for storage.
