Ours is about 8 years old and still going strong. It comes with a seeder, a flat holding tray, a little tray for spare seeds, a dibbler for a 72 cell tray, and two seed plates for 128s and 72s. Vacuum not included but we used a miniature shopvac with good results. 

Works great for standard 1020 sized flats. The seed plates are sized just right for brassicas (size 16 if you’re looking at the website), which is what we used it for. There’s an a regulator in the bottom of the seeder that lets you adjust airflow to let you pick up heavier or lighter seeds. Full list of seeds for size 16 plates below (info is from their website):
