We're looking for 1K-2K large carrots for Wednesday/Thursday delivery. 1.5"+ shoulder diameter, 8"-10" length, minimal tapering. Bolero storage carrot or similar varietal work well for processing purposes. Depending on your location, can arrange to have picked up by Farm Connex.
