  That's a very good idea. In fact I did scan incoming journals a number of
years ago when I had the time. Unfortunately we don't have the staff to do this
and our patrons are usually waiting for these journals to be shelved as soon as
they come in. We get anywhere from 50-200 issues a day. You're right, it would
save money but.......
