         Access InfoSystems will announce plans to form a regional
      partnership of computer bulletin board system administrators
      for the purpose of providing all residents of Solano County
      access to Internet email services without cost. Access
      InfoSystems will dedicate a portion of the company's Public
      Data Network to provide backbone and hub services for the
      alliance.
