I know that's the way it looks, but I can say that I have been able to help several people with "ILL questions" that they very well might not have found elsewhere -- because they were obscure publications by our researchers. People who are able to help with "ILLs", as you call them, may never log on to an ILL list. I have no interest in inter-library loan. But I can help people with information only we are likely to have. If you think of these as information requests and not as ILL channels, perhaps you will see the utility of such questions on the list. ^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^ ALICE BODTKE-ROBERTS Senior Information Specialist e-mail: [log in to unmask] Library & Information Services Genentech, Inc. fax: (415) 225-3005 460 Point San Bruno Blvd. S.
