     I am participating on an hospital Information Services Department
     (Computer Services Dept) Task Force that is seeking to improve the
     depts' response to customer Help/Service calls.  We would like to know
     how other hospitals handle their in-house computer service calls -
     especially after-hours.  Is there an in-house computer tekkie on 24hrs
     or a call-schedule with reg staff or other on-call arrangements.
     Please help, our customers are screeeeeeming.
