THE POSITION REPORTS TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE INSTITUTE.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ASSISTING IN THE PREPARATION OF FUNDRAISING PROPOSALS
AND SCHEDULES, ASSEMBLING ANNUAL REPORT, COORDINATE DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGNS TO MA
RKET PUBLICATIONS, ASSIST IN PRESS RELATIONS AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANC
E AS REQUIRED.
 
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN SKILLS, ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRI
T, SELF-ORGANIZED, ABILITY TO LEARN SUBJECT MATTER QUICKLY, ABILITY TO WORK WIT
H DIVERSE CONSTITUENCY, INTEREST IN NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ISSU
ES.  BASIC COMPUTER EXPERIENCE AND WILLINGNESS TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL COMPUTER
SKILLS.  BA PREFERRED.
 
POSITION MOST LIKELY WILL BE PART TIME - 25 HOURS PER WEEK. SALARY COMMENSURATE
