Hi my dear associates -- so far no one has had any ideas. I decided to
post again just in case my plea for help was missed by the person who can
help me. I did locate several personality assessment tools in the
"Comprehensive Textbook of Psychiatry." However, I do not know which one
was developed at Purdue. Thank you for being out there. Sending respect.

Subject: Popular personality test developed at Purdue about 20yrs ago

Hi -- one of my docs is wanting a copy of a popular personality test.
Below is what he left on my voice mail.

Test assesses ones personality, religion, interactional
inclinations. It is a pretty accurate gauge of a person's personality.
Test was developed about 20yrs ago at Purdue University.

I will be happy to pay for this test but please notify me before
sending. I am sorry that I do not know the name of this test. I hope
there are not several from which to choose. Thank you very much for
being out there. Sending respect.
