Members and friends of the University of Vermont community are
cordially invited to attend a free, public Research-in-Progress
Seminar, "Sharing the Costs of Postsecondary Education in Vermont: A
Case Study of a 'High Tuition, High Aid' State Strategy," by UVM
Ed.D. Candidate Phillip D. McCarthy.

The seminar, which is sponsored by the Center for Research on
Vermont,  will take place on Wednesday, February 21, 1996, in
Memorial Lounge on the main floor of the Waterman Building at UVM,
beginning at 7:30 P.M.
