The long awaited 1.6 release of the CIT Short Course registration system is
now on-line, in production, and ready to be tested.

New features include:

o can delete people from waiting list. Can "silently" delete people from
either waiting list or registration list. This opens up the possibility of
scheduling wait list courses using the following steps: 1) Edit existing
course database description to reflect new dates/times. Do NOT delete class
list. 2) one by one, 'silently' delete course attendees. This will
automatically move waiting list students into the class, in priority order.

o course registration form shows date and time of filled courses.

o includes course time in email confirmation messages.

o instructor can send an email message to any class registration list.
Useful for instructors who need to remind the class about something like
hey, you signed up for a class tomorrow.
