Those crvnetters in the Greater Burlington area who receive Channel
17 Town Meeting Television via Adelphia Cable may want to tune into
Phillip McCarthy's Research-in-Progress Seminar, "Sharing the Costs
of Postsecondary Education in Vermont: A Case Study of a 'High
Tuition, High Aid' State Strategy," early Thursday morning (April 4)
at 5:30 A.M. The program lasts one hour and seven minutes if you
prefer to set your VCR instead.

The Center for Research on Vermont originally sponsored the
presentation at UVM on February 21, 1996.

This past weekend Channel 17 Town Meeting Television aired Douglas
Frink's Research-in-Progress Seminar, "Archaeology Discovers
Burlington's Changing Infrastructures on Upper Main Street," which
he presented for the Center for Research on Vermont on March 13,

I anticipate that the programs will air again and will post the
dates if possible. You may also want to check Channel 17's program
