MAJOR LATE-SEASON SNOWFALL ACRS THE CNTRL APPALACHIANS NEWD ACRS
WRN NEW ENGLAND AND THE NRN APPALACHIANS AS THE LOW MOVES UP ALG
THE COAST AND INTENSIFIES.  AMTS WILL DEPEND ON THE EXACT TRACK
OF THE STORM...BUT AT THIS TIME...THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR 6
INCHES OR GRTR...ESPECIALLY OVR THE HIER TERRAIN.  MDT-HVY (AND
VRY COOL) RAINS ARE LIKELY ACRS THE MAJOR METRO REGIONS OF THE
EAST.
