We are in the midst of a MOCK JCAHO survey and one of the surveryors told
our pharmacist about a system called MEDCHECK which is used as a patient
education tool for drugs. Apparently it's a system of cards with
instructions on what the drug does, possible side effects, etc., written
for patients, small cards that fit into a wallet.

Do any of your hospitals use this system? Do you know what company
markets it? Any info would be helpful.
