I'm working on a search regarding confidentiality issues in
shredding of documentation in the hospital setting.  I'm having
trouble finding much out there -- mostly what I'm coming across
are references on medical records confidentiality in computerized
patient records, or general articles on protecting the confidentiality
of paper-based records.  I've checked Medline, Hospital & Health
Admin Index and the web and haven't come up with anything relevant.
