(Do I sound bitter?) So be prepared. I'm expecting to have to > educate myself this morning on how to handle multiple requests of a > Lonesome nature. Remember that in order to use Loansome Doc, they need to be given a Library ID. That puts you in the power position. When they ask you for it is when you can inform them that the same restrictions apply as if they had printed their results on paper and handed them to you. Not to mention any other time a request seems excessive, and periodic reminders just for the heck of it. All Loansome Doc means is that paper is saved and that you're virtually guaranteed a good citation. Loansome Doc isn't that hard to use, especially if you have QuickDoc. In my pre-QD days I just treated requests for journals I had like any normal incoming request, and those for what I didn't have as any normal outgoing request, other than counting them separately for statistics.
