I did not receive a response when this was posted before.  I hope someone
will have this and can send it to me.  I need it for a client who wants to
do a study using this as one of several attitude measuring instruments.

Does anyone have a copy of the test "Bloom-Wallace Sentence Completion
Survey: Adult".  It is designed to reveal subject's attitudes towards
factors in daily living.  The ETS tracking number I have is TC011048 but
have been unable to come up with it.  I really need it faxed or mailed to me
if at all possible. The address to send it to is P.O. Box 1057;
Campbellsville, KY 42719.  I will be more than glad to send you the amount
it costs anyone to fax it to me. TIA
