In South Burlington's case, our polls are already open 7am to 7pm so for us
their would be no change.

On the issue of automatically mailing absentee ballots to all registered
voters... it would be a foolish waste of money which I can assume most
cities/towns do not have extra lying around. There is a process in place,
let's make that work.

I, too, would be very concerned about the potential for voter fraud UNLESS all
cities/towns were electronically linked.  And, who would pay for that link.

Both of these bills sound to me like they could be additional unfunded
mandates if passed.
