Possible ways to use central e-mail capability.
1.  Minutes to go ONLY by e-mail.  Final corrected minutes to be e-mailed
with final agenda not later than the day before meeting.
2.  Proposed agenda items (excl Michael/Roberta) to be e-mailed before
weekend before meeting to be formed into final agenda by Michael/Roberta.
3.  Can any other information be e-mailed before the meeting???
        i.e. AVOID MAILINGS !!
4.  Expectation that members unable to attend a meeting would so indicate
by e-mail.
5.  David to write a short note for the Community Newspaper explaining how
Board business can be accessed electronically.
