I know that Faulkner & Grey is infamous for its marketing practices. We
are having a new problem. We returned a cd product that had been sent to
us on approval. We foolishly sent it through our mailroom without
insurance, etc. This was in December. They are now claiming that they did
not receive it back and are asking for proof that we returned it. Has
anyone else run into this from F&G? Incidentally, the product cost $600.
