I actually still have a copy of PC-File 6.5 (the commercial version) on my
PC and still use it occasionally!

Depending on which version of PC-File you are using, it may be simple to
convert to a Windows database.  The later versions used a "standard" .dbf
format.  Check your databse files.  If you have .dbf and .hdb (and
probably .ndx) files for your database, you can easily import the .dbf
file into MS Access or many other Windows databases.
