Many thanks your comments/recommendations.  I agree with your suggestions except for 2 items.

Second Para under PROCEDURES  you suggest deleting "and the community"  feeling the Board is responsible for the community(?). The intent is that the Principal will communicate with the community on such issues as bus warnings, bus suspensions and minor bus matters.

Your comment about rules and regulations about bus behavior...should these be part of the policy (currently are, I did not want to make the email that voluminous) or are these administrative matters for the Principal to handle?  

I am incorportating all other changes and waiting for other members responses.
