Kent Holden motioned to approve the Professional Staff contract. Dave Deutl seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Kent Holden motioned to approve the Support Staff contract with the amendments to Appendix ‘A’ as defined by Doug Reed. Doug Reed seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Dave Deutl motioned for the meeting to be adjourned. Mike Strojny seconded. Motion passed.
