MEDLIB-L Medical Libraries Discussion List
Newsgroups: bit.listserv.medlib-l
MEDLIB-L is a public electronic discussion list for medical and health sciences librarians. Practical and theoretical issues in public and technical services are discussed. This forum is for ideas, questions, announcements, and concerns specific to health sciences libraries.
Guidelines are available at http://www.mlanet.org/p/cm/ld/fid= 377
MEDLIB-L was founded on January 23, 1991 by Nancy Start. List ownership was transferred to the Medical Library Association on August 16, 1995.
After being hosted at the University of Buffalo for many years, the list was transferred to the University of Vermont in May 2007.
Tuina is an Asian form of bodywork integrated into a standard massage routine. It incorporates gentle acupressure which is applied while the client is laying clothed on a massage table. (The use of a chair rather than a table is an option.) This treatment method provides improved circulation for tense muscles within minutes.
Scheduling 30 to 45 min is best for most individuals, but even 15 minutes is helpful.
