Hi Alex-<br><br>The CTL's assignee list appears as it does because they are in the same workspace as most of ETS.<br><br>Since I assume you want to preserve PACEs workspace as separate from the rest of ETS, what you want is the ability to move tickets to other workspaces.<br><br>This is done by clicking "Details" on a footprints ticket: [...]

Hi,<br><br>We would like to be able to assign tickets to other instances on campus.
