Hello CTS colleagues,

I wanted to let you know about a psychology grad student's research study that we're recruiting for, in case you know any potential participants. It's an online survey (about 60 minutes, $50 compensation via debit card) with Vermont adults who are currently receiving medications for opioid use disorder (buprenorphine or methadone) and who also have chronic pain. The survey uses a community health needs questionnaire to assess what individuals identify as the most pressing health and social needs for themselves [...]

Hello fellow researchers,

I want to let you know about a proposed change to UVM's accrediting body that could negatively affect the research enterprise in higher ed.

The proposed 2026 standards would not require colleges or universities to provide access to libraries and librarians.

UVM librarians are encouraging faculty to provide feedback on the proposed changes during the comment period, which only goes through October 15. More information is below. [...]
