Good morning,

I wanted to share an important update regarding the charging of IRB fees for proposals submitted to foundations, industry partners, or non-profit organizations. We've received clear guidance that sponsors must allow for these fees, regardless of whether full, partial, or no F&A is permitted. This understanding has been thoroughly reviewed and confirmed by Financial Accounting, Costing & Treasury Services, as well as the Research Protections Office, and we are all on the same page.
