*Interested in Helping UVM Bring Universal Design for Learning Concepts
into the Classroom? *

The Center for Disability and Community Inclusion (CDCI) recently
received a 3-year federal grant to promote universal design for learning
concepts within UVM's academic community. We are calling this effort
the UDL@UVM grant. We are looking for 5 students to participate on the
UDL grant's Advisory Board. You would attend two 2-hour meetings a year
to review the various efforts to bring universal design to UVM. _You
would be eligible for a $25 stipend per meeting or $50 stipend for the
year. _

Our first Advisory Board meeting is February 20, 2009 from 2:00 p.m.
until 4:00 p.m. at Mann Hall on the Trinity Campus.

If you are interested contributing to our efforts to bring universal
design for learning to UVM, please contact Ellen McShane at 656-4185 or

Thanks for your interest.
