Here are some straight forward reminders about how to appropriately use
the Exam Proctoring Center [EPC]. Check out the EPC website for
additional, detailed information: http://www.uvm.edu/~epc/.

**Failure to follow EPC Procedures may delay or forfeit your ability to
schedule and/or take an exam.* *

· Only the student taking an exam can schedule the exam. If a
second party [including a professor] attempts to schedule the exam, the
EPC will not book the exam

· Students must schedule their exams by phone or in person at the
EPC. Scheduling exams via email is not allowed

· Exams must be scheduled 1 week in advance for regular semester
exams; 2 weeks for finals

· Students must make a plan with the professor about how the exam
will get to the EPC

· Students must make a plan with their professor about how the exam
will be returned to the professor

· Remind professors one week before the exam about the plans you have
made regarding Exam Proctoring

If you have any questions about the Procedures of the EPC, please
contact your ACCESS Specialist or the EPC Staff.
