This week in the Conservation Biology Discussion Group Brett Engstrom will
present his ideas on regional conservation in presentation titled:
"Towards Ecological Conservation". As an independent, self-employed Field
Naturalist, Brett Engstrom has done extensive field work in Northern New
England for the Natural Heritage Programs in Vermont, New Hampshire, and
Maine. He currently serves as a member of the Scientific Advisory
Subcommittee of the Vermont Biodiversity Project. Brett will discuss the
different conservation priorities in the Northern New England states and
explore the need to incorporate a landscape level approach in our
conservation efforts.

Please join us on Wednesday, November 5th in Room 105 Aiken Building from
12:15-1:15PM. Bring your lunch and a friend.
