Hi all, just a note about an error. You should plan on attending
practices 1/2 an hour early that are 1 hour long, not 2 hours long. So
this thursday, meet at 9:30 and we can run, strenght and what not. If you
can make it at 9:30, come with enough time to warm up your muscles (or
warm them up by running to the gym!) and strenghting before you jump into
practice. This is important that noone gets hurt, that just plan sucks.
