hey ladies!

so, everyone REALLY needs to fill out one of these forms before they go to their
next practice.  You need to go to:

www.uvm.edu/recreation/clubs/?Page=current_clubs.html

and then scroll down to the section that says "required forms", it's the last
link in that section, it says participation waiver.

you need to download this form, print it out and fill it out and give it to
either me, michelle, or kerri...whoever is at practice that day!
