Hey Everyone,
Last year there was interest in a weight training program, so I sent out
this one whihc was used by the Varsity Lax team. I am sending it out
again this year in case anyone is lokng for a lift schedule. It is a 3
day program and is pretty good. If you have any questions, you can ask
me, I am hoping to lift Mon, Wed and Fri (mon right after practice) so
if anyone wants to go with me that's cool.
