sorry i didn't send this out earlier, but this is how you get to the waiver i
was talking about at practice.

go to:
www.uvm.edu/recreation/clubs/?Page=current_clubs.html

and then scroll down to the section that says "required forms", it's the last
link in that section, it says participation waiver.

you need to download this form, print it out and fill it out and give it to
either me, michelle, or kerri...whoever is at practice that day!

alright, don't forget to do this!

you should have it tomorrow if you are going or the next time you are at
practice
