Hi ladies-
I hope that you are all getting excited to start practicing in a couple
weeks and in order to be prepared for practices you should start
working out at least 2 days/week. Your work out should include some
distance running of at least one mile and strength training is strongly
recommended as well. As we have said, practices are going to be more
intense this semester so we need to be physically prepared for this.
On another note, WE NEED PEOPLE TO GET VAN CERTIFIED!!!!! I did not
get any e-mails from people planning to attend todays van certification
class but there is another oppotunity for this.....here is the info:
There will be a Van Certification course for any UVM affiliate required
to drive any vehicle for the University on

You must REGISTER for this class. Space is limited. No drop-ins.
PLEASE BE PROMPT. LATECOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE & must reschedule

Bring a valid drivers license and a blue/black-ink pen.

HAVE ENOUGH DRIVERS FOR THE TOURNAMENT AT UCONN! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO GO TO CERTAIN AWAY GAMES IF WE DON'T HAVE MORE PEOPLE
CERTIFIED....THE SGA KEEPS TRACK OF THIS AND WILL NOT GIVE US MONEY FOR
VAN RENTALS IF WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE CERTIFIED SO THAT EACH
DRIVER DRIVES A MAXIMUM OF 2 HOURS/TRIP. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET VAN
