Hi Ladies,

Don't forget to turn your clocks AHEAD one hour tonight!!!!

For those of you going to Norwich tomorrow 4/2 meet in front of 
Coolidge at 1:15pm for a 1:30pm departure.

Be sure to bring a mouthguard, stick, warm clothes, water, and both 
cleats and sneakers (if you have them), also bring goggles if you have 
them.  We will have goggles for you to borrow if you don't.  Uniforms 
will be provided.
