Hi Ladies,

I hope you are all enjoying your winter break.  I'm not sure if many of you
know, but besides my lax duties with the UVM club lax team I also volunteer as
the coach for the Essex Girls Youth Team.  The VT youth league had discussed
holding a clinic for these girls.  Along with the Town of Essex Park and Rec
Department, I am organizing this clinic.

Here's where you all come in.  We are looking for people to run stations at the
clinic for these girls.  I can work with you guys to come up with activities to
do with the girls, right now we just need volunteers.  PLUS, here's the
fund-raising part.  The town of Essex will be making a donation to the UVM club
lacrosse team for helping out, this donation has already been figured into the
registration fee the girls will pay and it is now up to the club to produce some
volunteers.  This is a great fund-raising opportunity. It is only a one day
event (February 12th 9:30am-3:30pm).  The girls will be 5-8th graders, a great
age to work with.  The club will get some much needed money, plus I know that
the SGA likes to see the club raising some money on their own and they are more
likely to give you their money when you are working on getting some for
yourself.  Let me know if this is something you as a club would like to
participate in.

I'll take care of all of the logistics for this clinic, I just need you guys to
sign up to volunteer.  Please e-mail me ([log in to unmask]) and let me know if
you are interested in helping out and let me know of any preference you may have
about the type of activity you lead.  Any help would be greatly appreciated...
if you can only help for part of the day that is fine too.  The sooner we have
a list of volunteers the sooner I can start organizing the rest of the clinic.
