hey there girls!
so i just wanted to let you know that our insurance forms need to be in to SGA
by monday.  therefore can you please bring your form to practice this sunday
(at 3pm) or bring it by my room.  i'm in 321 wing hall.  we really need to get
these forms back to SGA or they will not give us money!
